30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your Avelora product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

No return shipping required. Due to the high cost of international returns from our overseas fulfilment partners, we do not require you to physically return items. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Brief reason for the refund request
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: photos or video showing the issue

We typically respond within 24 hours and will process your refund or replacement immediately.

Refund Eligibility

You're Eligible for a Refund or Replacement If:

✓ Damaged or defective product - Item arrived broken, faulty, or not working properly
✓ Wrong item received - We sent you the incorrect product
✓ Missing items - Parts of your order are missing

To help us process your claim quickly and arrange a replacement or refund, please provide photo or video evidence for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective or faulty items
  • Wrong items received
  • Missing items or parts

Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your refund:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Funds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Delayed Orders

If tracking shows your order is stuck in transit, pending, or expired beyond 60 days after shipping, you're eligible for a full refund or replacement. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange this immediately.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbours or household members
  2. Contact your local post office with the tracking number
  3. If you still can't locate it, email us at hello@aveloradental.com and we'll investigate

For confirmed non-delivery, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model, please contact us at hello@aveloradental.com. The fastest way is to request a refund for your current item, then place a new order for the product you prefer.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:

  • Orders cancelled after they've already been shipped
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers (not from aveloradental.com)

Cancelled Orders

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at hello@aveloradental.com.

  • Orders cancelled before processing: Full refund
  • Orders already shipped: You'll need to wait for delivery and follow our standard return process
