Shipping policy

Free UK Delivery
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Delivery Time
Total delivery time: 9-12 days
This includes:
- 1-3 days order processing and dispatch
- 8-9 days shipping and delivery
Your order will be dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse and delivered by a tracked courier service (typically Evri or Yodel).
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from when your payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel's journey from dispatch to delivery.
Two ways to track:
- International tracking number (e.g., WNBAA0999999999YQ) - Use a global tracking service like parcelsapp.com to track from dispatch
- Local courier tracking - Once your parcel arrives in the UK, you'll receive a tracking number from the courier (Evri, Yodel, etc.) for the final delivery stage
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Important: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or post office addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within 9-12 days, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Customs processing
- Courier delays
- Extreme weather conditions
- Peak shopping periods
If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows it is stuck in transit beyond 60 days, please contact us and we'll arrange a refund or replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbours or household members
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- Check your local post office or safe place (some couriers leave parcels in designated safe locations)
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at hello@aveloradental.com with your order number and we'll investigate and arrange a resolution.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and any damage
- Contact us immediately at hello@aveloradental.com
- Include your order number and photos
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes or post office addresses
- Countries outside the UK
Cannot Find Your Tracking Number?
Check your spam or junk folder - sometimes tracking emails end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@aveloradental.com with your order number and we'll resend your tracking information.
